		Doug Mullins – President, Douglass Enterprises, Inc. Doug's 20 years of sales experience and 8 years of general contracting is bolstered by his degree in Industrial Design from San Jose State University. His educational background compliments his field experience to provide his clients with a discerning eye to arrangement and design of their building project.

		Donald “Doc” Henry – Managing Partner, Monterey Doc has been involved in the window and door industry for 20 years and a participant in the Monterey Peninsula's growth for a majority of that time. This tenure has given him unparalleled knowledge of design and trends for windows and doors in all aspects of building projects. Additionally strong in the technical side of window construction and installation, Doc is an asset to any project where there is a need for just the right style of window and door.





	We are a factory direct distributor for Kolbe.

	Kolbe is our main product line and makes up over ninety percent of our sales.

	Kolbe has a diverse product line allowing you to use one supplier for many different applications.

	We service the product and implement the factory warrantee ourselves in a timely and professional manner.

Brian Schultz, Campbell

Brian’s 20 years in the window and door industry gives him a unique perspective to assist the architect, builder and client, which will provide them with the best product Kolbe has to offer.

Mike James, Campbell

Mike’s technical aspects of windows and doors have been garnered through 12 years of experience. His “hands-on” construction knowledge will give the client an additional perspective on making the “right choice”.

	We will proactively inspect window & door installation and report any issues to you the buyer.

	We will make any required adjustments to correctly installed products.

	Each of our outside sales staff has a minimum of ten years experience in the wood window industry.

Larry Runeare, San Carlos

Larry is the ultimate professional. He has attended numerous Kolbe training programs, has 15 years of sales experience with Kolbe products, and will make sure the job is right from design to delivery.

Kris Hansen, San Carlos

Kris has 10 years of experience in the window and door industry. His attention to detail and integrity in business is an asset to any building project.



		Frank Garcia, Campbell Frank's good natured personality is complimented by his "can do" attitude. His 25 years of experience in the construction industry is an asset to the architect, builder and client.

		Daniel E. Hartl, Director of Marketing Daniel is a graduate of Michigan State University. His 30 years of experience in the construction industry allows him to understand the relationship between distributor, architect, builder and client.
